Established Jiangxi Heshuofeng New Material Co., Ltd.​

Jiangxi Heshuofeng New Material Co., Ltd. installed its second BOPP production line.

2024

In 2019, we established HSF Films (Thailand) Co., Ltd. with a clear focus on excellence in Label facestock top coating.In 2023, we expanded our operations by constructing a state-of-the-art factory on a 10,000 sqm site in the Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, Rayong.

On March 21, 2024, we officially commenced full operations at our new facility, marking a major milestone in our growth story.

HSF Films Thailand expanded its manufacturing capabilities in 2023 with a 10,000 sqm facility engineered for high-performance functional coating applications. The site integrates advanced coating technology and operates under stringent safety and quality protocols. Production is ISO-certified and conducted within a closed-system environment featuring controlled air circulation and air shower entry points to maintain a dust-free workspace. Inline camera inspection systems monitor each stage of the process, ensuring product consistency, traceability, and compliance with international standards. Our facility emphasizes environmental sustainability and occupational safety, supported by a 5,000 sqm warehouse designed for optimized inventory management and rapid order fulfillment.
